Currently: A journalist in Singapore.
Prior to this: Lived in the United Kingdom for four years.
The first three: was at Warwick University, doing a joint degree BA in Film and Literature amongst other things.
Lived in: London for a year, graduated with a Masters in Journalism from Goldsmiths College, University of London.
Besides : running a newspaper, producing a magazine with a team that won a Best Magazine award, and writing a portfolio of work that got nominated for a PTC Journalist Award (UK), other invaluable work experience gleaned from my time there included stints at The Independent, The Times and The Ecologist.
I believe in the sharing of accurate and credible information, which is the raison d’etre for this site, which I hope will be a useful resource and a platform to generate thoughts and discussion - for journalism-related issues, and especially for the specialised areas I cover in my capacity as a journalist
Apart from the stories I’ve written which are published in the newspaper I work for, all other material and views expressed on this site is entirely my own and has no relation with that of the newspaper and its views. Any similarity is entirely coincidental.
